| June 27, 2020 - Birkhofer lands Top 5 finish at Davenport Speedway in Mars opener |
 Thursday night saw Brian Birkhofer return to action at Davenport Speedway (Davenport, Iowa) for the MARS Racing Series season opener. With 21 cars registered in for action, Birkhofer secured his spot into the opening night feature with a second place finish in his heat behind Allen Weisser. Jumping up one spot in the 30-lap affair, Brian notched a fifth place finish behind Frank Heckenast Jr., Allen Weisser, Brian Shirley, and Chris Simpson.
 On Saturday evening, Jason Rauen headed to Independence Motor Speedway (Independence, Iowa) to compete with the Hoker Trucking Series. In a field of 31 cars, Rauen passed five cars in his heat race to register a third place finish. Earning the 15th-starting position for the $3,000-to-win A-Main, Jason was an early retiree from the 35-lapper on lap 24.

| June 14, 2020 - Mechanical issues eliminate Top 5 runs for Birkhofer with Lucas Oil MLRA |
 Behind the wheel of the Rauen Precision Manufacturing No. 15B Late Model, Brian Birkhofer invaded Maquoketa Speedway (Maquoketa, Iowa) on Saturday night for the Lucas Oil Midwest LateModel Association (MLRA) sanctioned contest. In a stout field of 36 cars, Birkhofer gained one spot in his heat race to place third. Starting the $5,000-to-win A-Main in 11th, Brian was an early retiree from the 40-lapper near the midway point of the feature while running in fourth. (Mike Ruefer photo)
 The following night at West Liberty Raceway (West Liberty, Iowa), Brian followed up the fastest time in his group with a 10-lap heat race victory. Starting the main event in second, Birkhofer suffered a flat-tire while challenging for a podium spot that sidelined him for the remainder of the evening.
